Wich is why i think it would be a great idea to promote this forum in news paper ads and tv commercials so more poeple that are interested in this type of surgery can read reviews before falling victim. how much would it cost to make a tv commercial? Basically the site runs purely from SO's pocket. From what I understand, even when we could accept donations they barely covered the cost of running the site. There is no way we could afford to advertise. Anyway, personally, I don't think we should promote the forum. It's a fantastic resource and I'm sure all those who have been around from the beginning or early stages will take pride in seeing how it has grown. But inadvertently many posts provide hugely alluring incentives for guys to under go potentially risky procedures, of which little is known in the longer term. I'd imagine most guys become even more insecure and determined to do something as a result of reading the threads posted here. So I'm not convinced promoting the place is that wise. We are fairly easy to find for those who are desperate enough to be researching Phalloplasty. If we promote it, we'll more the likely end up with thousands of easily impressionable young guys reading how easy it is to go down to Mexico and have their already perfectly well size junk enlarged.
