I am glad you are looking at things positively. The legal system failed all of us. This guy will not be stopped by our legal system. He has damaged so many lives it is amazing he sleeps at night and drive his BMW during the day. He actually uses a "disabled" blue sign that he hangs inside his car to park illegally on the streets of LA and Beverly hills...Just amazing. I had the Elist implant and had it replaced with the so-called 'softer' version six months later because of infection. This of course does not exist so as to be expected I had to have that also removed one month later. The embarrassing thing was, as I live in Europe, I had to wear a diaper to get back to LA as the area was so badly affected it became a running sore. Yes, I was tired of hearing about everyone wanting everyone else to sue because they were too embarrassed. Anyone that knows anything about legal matters should know that 99% of the time a deal is cut and no court appearance is necessary, so anyone using that excuse should be shown no sympathy. The point is, it is the whole rigged system of legality. If you can actually find an honest lawyer you are streets ahead. Yet I who could prove everything - including what I thought was a real basis for fraud against Dr Elist - all lies aside, his claims to have FDA approval for his product, was the biggest lie of all. How bad does it have to get? Yet with a super, duper lawyer even with that amount of evidence all they managed to secure for me after 18 months was a lousy $5000, 40% of which they stripped for themselves. One has to ask the question, of course, what deal was done between my lawyers and how much the lawyers were paid off. Not a good scenario or outcome. Apologies, but I don't have a great deal of time to spend on this site so I can't remember everyone's names except my associate Mustang and Messageman, who I feel I know intimately as we have made the same time journey in many ways. To the gentleman looking to have the scarring removed surgically, I did that - twice, but here's the problem every time you cut you create more scarring so I can honestly say despite two operations for this, there really was no perceptible difference. I have no patience with Hanging either but I did find that despite losing length over time it began to come back, the scarring itself softens I am told. I have gone the PMMA route and have succeeded in achieving what I would have liked from the outset. I have also managed to get beyond all the negatives with this and get on with my life. I wish I could be as inspirational as Messageman and Mustang (my heroes who helped me through quite dark periods. I hope some day to be able to thank them personally) in writing all my experiences but I am here if anyone has any questions. I have been through the mill and back.
