I have 4 very light brown spots near the base of my shaft that are about 1/16th of an Inch in diameter. According to my Urologist that is caused by a specific strand of HPV and even though there isn't any test to prove it, I am taking his word for it. I called Dr. C to ask if this would interfere with my PMMA process and he said NO absolutely not that it was nothing to be concerned about and wouldn't negatively affect the procedure in any way. He went on to say that even people with Herpes can have the procedure as long as there are no outbreaks/blisters present at the time of the procedure.If you have an STD and are considering the procedure you should definitely call Dr.C or whoever will be performing the procedure and make sure that it will be ok to proceed.
