If it includes Nodules and uneviness, yes there are definitely many cases of that on this board',...but I believe 'Dr. C's office is upfront with the possibility of these occurring. In in fact you are told to expect irregularities. That's 'what the touch-ups are for.They have said there haven't 'been any serious complications such as Necrosis and granulomas as as as yet.At this point in time, PMMA is a pioneering PE procedure. It may well have long term disastrous effects...But so far, it seems to have a good short term success rate. There have been a few cases that red flags have been risen. One that springs to mind was Soma, and thankfully it was brought under control...Another is Coolhandluke's case, which I believe isn't so serious' Gultzmaster's recent development is also cause for concern but seems to be being managed. From 'what I have seen on the site and my personal experience , Dr. C's office has been honest and professional. We have threads that encourage guys to talk about any issues or complications.I have followed every PMMA case on this site and I know the history.I agree that we should be cautious about trusting cosmetic doctors at face value, but to say that Dr. C's office is lying or not being completely 'truthful about the track record and the potential risks of PMMA is not true (in my opinion).' My decision has been more or less made it's just a matter of mustering up the courage/funds to go through with it. I emailed the nurse there, and he got back to me this morning and told me straight up the worst case scenario would be that an area of the skin develops Necrosis but that this hasn't happened yet in the 6 years they've been doing it.
