I believe it to be the body healing and adjusting to the PMMA spheres and the growing of the Collagen, but not sure. At any rate, it should subside in a few weeks. Although, for me, sometimes I get a bit of itching and very minor discomfort every now and then where the PMMA is but it never lasts for very long. When I have sex on daily basis it seems to cause some discomfort but I think that is normal when one has sex consecutively.
