Making these cuts into the shaft somewhere. Then a new tissue would develop there and add the promised volume. The little information about this is, that it would be a cut into the penis shaft and through this the penis would become mid shaft like 1 cm (or maybe more) larger in circumference. Does anyone know anything about this procedure ? thanks for any information! He was the only guy performing it and there was very little information on his website. His website has been gone for about 4 or 5 years. There were a couple of reports from guys who had the procedure and as I said before no one gained anything. Basically I think Dr Lee Hang Fu saw the thick buck fascia as restricting the penis ability to expand. So, he'd basically make a longitudinal incision down the the bucks fascia. The idea was that healing would be slow as when the penis gets Erect it stetched the incision area and stopped it rejoining as before. Over the following months the incision would eventually heal but in a streched state. Thus the bucks fasica would be less restrictive and the penis should therefore be able to expand more when Erect. The most common serious complication from this procedure (and that was the main reason why he stopped doing it) was his patients got weak Erection afterwards and even ED. Or links to reports of the guys who have done this by dr lee ? or just any source. if not its fine of course Unfortunately i dont have the name of it, otherwise i would have said it already. However we dont seem to miss anything if its true what hoodle says about not gaining anything from it. again somehow cutting sideways into the penis shaft, and the healing is suppose to provide the gain then ? No scares visible at all, no evidence for any treatment, so it has to happen under the penis skin of course. Was that the case with the dr lee patients ? -> no scars visible from outsidelook ?
