Initially it is higher (which was awesome)... then it will subside. Sensation will remain "different" but still quite pleasurable. Recently, I have noticed a couple of ridges underneath the glans. I appreciate it. @miracle7: Thanks very much for sharing your experience with sensation! I appreciate it very much. I'm glad that PMMA doesn't affect shaft sensation too much. I have small glans and the only way I'm able to feel any sensation with my glans is oral, or shaft sensation though penetration. Glad PMMA doesn't affect shaft sensation, no doubt.
