So I tried to do some retrospective study of few cases and try to help the others and try to know if 1 cc of 10% can give you the same gain in Girth as in 20% with same size penis (as Dr.C. stated), also how many cc's (10% or 20%) do you need if you have an average EL and EG to give you e.g. 1" gain :- 1- Edupd :- 1st round 15cc's (10%) ---> only 0.4" ( his EL 6.25" -- EG 4.6") So that mean in his case each 1cc (10%) can give him only ( 0.0266")And if he wants e.g. 1" gain he will need around 37.59 cc's of NewPlastic. 2- Sizmic :- 1st round 22cc's ( I think he was not sure about the 1st round conc.??% but I have the feeling it was 20% ) ----> 0.9" ( his EL 7.25" -- EG 4.5") So he has almost the same EG as Edupd but 1" longer in E and he got 7cc's extra. In sizmic case each 1cc (20%) gave him ( 0.0409"). To prove that sizmic did not get 10% instead of that he got 20% :- If Edupd was injected with the same volume (22cc's) and concentration as for sizmic logically he will be thicker than sizmic (i.e. the gain for him will be more than 0.9") because he is 1"shorter in EL and 0.01" thicker, so as we know Edupd had 10% but if he was injected with 22cc's instead of 15cc's with 10% he will gain only 0.58" but if the conc. was 20% as with sizmic it will be more than 0.9". In conclusion for an average penis ( e.g. Edupd) :- Each 1 cc of PMMA of 10% --- > 0.0266" gainEach 1 cc of PMMA of 20% --- > It will be deffinitly more than 0.0409"gain I.e. 20% can give you gain >1.5X than the 10% ?????? So Edupd thats mean in your case if you want to gain e.g. 1" from the start you have two options either :- 1- around 37.5 cc's of 10% or2- around 25 cc's of 20% 3- Messageman :- 1st round 19cc's (20%)---> 0.5" ( his EL7.8"-- EG 6.25") That means in his case each 1cc (20%) gave him only ( 0.0263") But we have to remember that his penis is thick ( EG 6.25") and has a long (EL7.8") so for him to gain only 0.5" he will need either large volume or a higher conc. (or both) what Dr. C. gave him (the 2nd choice i.e. a higher conc.). And I am sure if he was injected with the same volume but with 10% he wont gain 0.5" it will be around 0.3"or may be less. I will try to compare him with Edupd (sorry edupd just for the study :- Edupd ( his pre-PMMA was EL 6.25"-- EG 4.6") so he is 1.55" shorter and 1.65"thinner than Messgeman. As we know before thin, short penis gain more than thick, long penis if they were injected with the same volume and concentration of PMMA. Edupd had 15cc's (10%)---> 0.4"But lets imagine he had the same volume as Messageman 19cc's but (10%) the gain will be --->0.5" ( 19X0.0266"). In summary :- Edupd 19cc's (as for an example) (10%) --> 0.5"Messageman 19cc's (20%) --- > 0.5" So imagine if Edupd had 19cc's (20%) he will be sure more than 0.5", I have calculated it it will be around 0.75"or more gain. So because of the sizes of their penises are different from the start, Dr.C. tries :- to inject high concentration for bigger penises with nearly small or an average volume to get as near as possible the same gain as with lower conc. for smaller penises . So thick long penises will need higher concentration than the thin short penises if they were injected with almost the same volume to get the same gain. I do remember now when Mikehok had asked before (>6wks) does the 20% give you more gain than the 10%, I have asked this Q. to Lemperle and his answered was of course higher concentration will give you more gain and more firmness. But some guys who had the 10% said as far as I remember it will give you the same gain and also Dr. C. has told them the same (He said 10% and 20% will give you the same gain in Girth) so I did ignore Lemperle's answer and I believed what Dr.C.' said but now I think I was wrong and Lemperle was right . IMO the 1st two rounds should be 20%(esp. for thin long penis) then 10% should be used afterwards ( I know 10% is esthetically better than 20%but you will need more rounds or more volumes with the 10%). Guys I might be wrong ??? But still I will need more measurements from other people before their 1st round and after 6 wks ,EL, EG, the volume of PMMA and the concentration so we could help each other and believe me it will help also Dr.C. Percentages are determined based on an individual evaluation. Many big guys are starting at 10%. Dr. Casavantes prefers everyone start with 10% but will make an exception providing the patient's anatomy exhibits certain characteristics... not size. You are correct Zmann. Initial fill of 10% permits Wade and Dr. Casavantes's team the opportunity to see how your penis reacts to PMMA and firms up the tissue to allow higher concentrations in later rounds with more predictability. But I would agree with the argument that 20% concentration would likely cause greater gains than 10%. I just don't know if it is really scientifically sound to make a generalization of how much 1 cc will yield in Girth gain. Edit: unless we came up with an average gain averaging out all the members here. Then our 1cc gain conclusion would be more accurate. Edit 2: I will ask the Dr about it in an email soon. I likely got mostly 20% in my first session. I think he might have switched to 10% more towards the circ scar resulting in less of the ring effect maybe. I seem to remember him asking for "10" at one point during the first procedure. I'm very slow to anger! I know you were not stating that Dr. Casavantes was doing it for money but is was insinuated. You know how rumors get started and people form premature opinions. I was simply trying to avoid such. It is my understanding from Wade that the ring doesn't always occur and often when it does, it spontaneously resolves over a period of a couple months (eight weeks). If it persists or causes angst, you can have it treated via Kenalog injection or by additional PMMA during a followup procedure. I wouldn't worry about it. Also as you have pointed out, collagen production is highly influenced by the patient's own unique anatomical makeup as well as age, diet, lifestyle, etc. I believe there is a general consensus that 20% does yield higher gains (to which I agree) and I commend SM for extrapolating data and attempting to isolate determining factors.
