I highly advise against this. At present, only injection with Hyaluronic Acid shows promise (with questionable aesthetics mind you) and as you mentioned in your post, is temporary. I didn't like it at all. My glans ended up all bumpy and looked like a piece of cauliflower. The only good part about it was the filler had completely disappeared in 4 months. Yes, $2,500 for 4 months. He used Captique at the time which I believe is off the market now, but is similar to Restylane. But from having looked at several websites, I would say that Dr. Gary Alter seems like the most honest/straight-forward. He is very matter of fact about the limitations, and I believe is certified as both a Urologist and a plastic surgeon. He quoted me $5000, which is expensive. But if I ever went through with it, it'd probably be with him. Dermal fillers are not the best route to augment the glans penis but at present, are the best option available. Hyaluronic Acid lasts longer than 4 months (up to 18) but with similar unsightly results.
