The PRFM actually took away most of the capsule that was created by the implant so my Girth went down after PRFM. I am not complaining about this thu..

I believe Biggerbob achieved permanent gains of the glans penis although they were minimal. The growth factors contained in PRFM are likely responsible for a temporary increase in cellular activity and there is likely some inflammatory response from the injections. While "chemical" PE is possible, it comes with it's own nasty side effects including prostate growth. Long term studies are needed to assess safety and permanence.

That's very interesting. I suppose if the capsule ever became an issue for anyone, this could be a possible treatment?

That's interesting, mustang. I was thinking about getting the implant but reading your tale I am glad that I am probably not going to get it done. Sorry to read the prfm did not result in a significant increase. Please keep posting about your latest experiences.

I've saw this thread, wanted to chime in. I haven't updated my PRFM thread as of yet as I've been on the road for business. Won't be back home until right before Thankgiving, so I can't post pics as of yet. No ruler either. I am now 4 weeks post PRFM + Acell. The newest version of this that Dr. Runels is doing. Overall so far I haven't noticed any huge amount of changes. My glans does seem to have a more pronouced flare though. I will measure and post later. As for Girth & length I am about the same, my Flaccid length seems to be a little more and I don't turtle as much, so maybe there is something going on??? I should be at the 7 week mark when I get back home, so if anything is going to happen, we should know by then. I will take pics and post no matter what though. As I have stated before, if this doesn't work, I will be booking an appointment with Dr. C in January. @Boston2015, you might want to talk with mustang about his experience with healing after he got his implant removed. The PRFM didn't do anything for him in either Girth or length if I remember correctly, but I thought it helped him recover from the implant Removal.

That was never mentioned to me by Dr. Runels. Is there a link between prfm or such and prostate enlargement? I do hope not, because I was not informed of this!

It is possible to use PRFM to treat the capsule issue. PRFM and Acell are used for trauma victims who for example loos a finger or a toe. It makes it grow back!!! Before I got the PRFM, The Dr. and I discussed the possibility of loosing the capsule, I took a chance thinking I would gain length with PRFM and then gain Girth with PMMA later on. I lost a lot of the capsule and did not gain any length. Now The 10% PMMA seem to give me minimum Girth gains, so I am hoping my 2nd PMMA session will make it up.

It turned out not to be of much (or of any) benefit. Dr. Runnels is now experimenting with adding a second substance (already in use elsewhere to expand one own's tissues) to the original mix. If he is succesful, we will know.

@Boston2015; check my thread in the patient section. No apparent increase in Girth or length but for sure no bad or any side effects. For a short while my erections seem to be a bit stronger but now they are back to my pre implant days. I may go for the Dr. Runels newest method after my 2nd PMMA session which is coming up this month.
