Welcome to the site... Erect Girth is just how fat your Dick is when its totally hard. I use one of the flexible tape measures so that it can wrap around my Dick when I measure. And in terms of a target size, I dont think anyone can tell you what that is for you. We all want to be large but keep in mind that aesthetics shouldnt be overlooked; meaning it needs to look natural and healthy. And your right... this site is great and full of information. Take your time and read the threads because many of your questions or thoughts have already been answered.

Thanks... I doubt I'll post pics but will be glad to continue posting my progress on my PF treatment... I must admit am curious to see how the PMMA works out long term for those who've shown guts enough to go thru with it... Regards to all..

You are more than welcome to post pictures. If you prefer, you may send them to me via cell phone or email. Those that have undergone PMMA augmentation with Dr. Casavantes thus far do seem to have good results. They are taking a "calculated" risk. In my personal opinion, PMMA bioplasty presents the least amount of short term risk while taking symmetry, aesthetics, volume and permanency into consideration. After careful research into the science behind it, it is a risk I am willing to take. Long term complications are unknown. I plan on joining the "PMMA Club" in October of this year. Hey peeps. New to the boards, i'm josh i'm 21 and I live in Houston, Tx. let me tell you I love this site. Its great that guys can finally just talk about their dicks and size issues without the homophobia common in younger people these days.

First off let me tell you that after doing research I no longer have any sort of psychological issue with my size, i'm perfectly average and i've never failed to satisfy a woman (when I set out to. heh heh. sometimes i'm selfish, so sue me) Here's my size:

Flaccid length - 4.25 inches
Flaccid Girth - 3.75 inches in circumference

i wasn't exactly sure how i should measure Erect Girth so i measured the base, mid shaft and under the head, if you can tell me which is accurate, that would be appreciated.

Erect length - 5.5 inches
Erect Girth in circumference
base - 6 inches
mid shaft - 5 inches
under the head - 4.9 inches

my goals with enlargement are not to satisfy a porn star envy, but to grow the perfect size for pleasuring most women with extreme ease. I don't really care to have surgery for lengthening. Like most average guys I have a pad of pubic fat that when i am nearing the goals of my workout program will give me an extra Inch setting me at 6.5, my goal length. Girth I understand is much more important in intercourse than length and My questions for the board are: What exactly is my Erect Girth? What should my target Erect Girth be if I want to be thicker than 90% of other guys? What typical results could I expect from an alloderm Girth enlargement?
