As mentioned in my posts, in the legend you read that EM picture of Artefill has been zoomed 400x. Length unit of the picture is reported to be 100 microns. In contrast, EM picture of Newplastic has been zoomed 250x and the length unit is 200 microns. I have also noted that in the legend the lengths of the two length units is different whilst the dimensions of the two pictures are the same.

And my point just was: why would you use different zooms and length units in pictures if you want to optically compare shapes??? I cannot see the scientific logic behind! The only explanation I can come up with is that the zooming choice simply reflects the bias of the author of the article (other possible explanations from forum members are welcome).

As I have stated in the past, please take anything Lemperle states with a grain of salt.
With that said, the studies posted here recently and others I posted in the past show the potential for PMMA, more specifically New Plastic, to migrate. If a substance can be phagocytized it can migrate.

I've scheduled an appointment with the leading French expert who happens to be a few blocks away. He is Dr Marc Abecassis who only does FFT. I think that if he can do something about the cost, some form of stage payment plan or facility, I could do a temporary resorbable enhancement which for me would be an added benefit, the fact of non permanence. This means that first it would be softer tissues which can be easily moved around or rearranged if undergoing penile growth, plus it would simply evacuate within ten months anyways. BTW I just gave myself my first Chorionic Gonadotropin shot in the lower pelvis and it sure feels good. I've started simultaneously to take an estrogen inhibitor too. I'll also make sure that at the beginning of the week I ask the good doctor about his ideas on glans enhancement he mentioned he'd elaborate on "in conversation" which will be during my consultation. Any questions for him, shoot away.
Meanwhile, regarding PMMA, I spoke with my Dermatologist yesterday and he's the top aesthetic dermatological laser expert in France. He's done a great deal of interventions on people with bad cases of PMMA granuloma on their faces, but he said that this is the only problem, having no first hand knowledge or experience of serious migration issues, at least in dermatological uses of PMMA.
He recommended that I not do fraxel laser on the thick abdominal skin fold which came with my recent drastic weight reduction. He said that his best methods would help but would not provide cost effective results so he has sent me to the leading French Cryolipolysis doctor whom he thinks can make a difference. I will be asking him what his procedure can do for the fat pad on my lower pelvis to get a better non bone pressed erect length. I thought it was just an extra thick layer of subdermal tissue but my dermotologist told me that it is actually a rigidified type of subdermal fat.

Isn't the big difference here that the PMMA binds with natural collagen to basically integrate with your own tissue in a way that injected silicone does not, which prevents migration?

I am also considering an adjunct to the DHT gel combined with DMSO: it is the gel form of TriMax which itself is an injectible combination of:

In gel form TriMax-Gel could be applied at the same time as Andractim DHT cream along with DMOS and this mixture would be especially capable of penetrating the shaft and glans throughout all of their structures. This might have an added benefit of placing the ingredients in the central soft tissue structure leading up to the glans, (which presumably wouldn't be reached by a shaft base injection into one of the two lateral veinous structures) ensuring a more coherent hormonal response throughout all bodies of this organ. This topical application of TriMax-Gel (with or without DHT) could presumably be done instead of or in addition to a Erectile Disfunction daily injection of TriMax injectible or another ED injection at the base... FWIW

Indeed, all available literature I have come across, except for the two 2010 Aesthetic Surgery Journal papers which we have discussed in the last pages of this thread in the old forum, seem to rule out the possibility of migration.

But, here, d71 just asked the question: what happens if PMMA's beads migrate.

Does it happen?

Let us be clear that what has surprised us is that the sheer possibility of migration of PMMA particles in Newplastic has been raised in the two quoted papers. Is it true? Only a couple of articles make this claim; I felt initially a bit uneasy however since the journal looks authoritative, the articles are recent and they bring clinical evidence.

On the other hand, as correctly repeated here, PMMA long history has got a completely different track record from SILICONE.

For what is worth, my gut feeling is that migration concerns for Newplastic are overdone, even if it clearly is inferior in quality to Artefill. Dr Casavantes has got an international reputation in his field which he has gained over many years: he must trust this product and that we need to keep in mind when we think of risk scenarios.

Hi Guys,
I'm calling forth your advice regarding the compatibility of PMMA injections with ulterior NATURAL growth enhancement. I am starting to undertake intensive hormonal treatments associated with directly injected vascular enhancers. This means that once I get my first session of PMMA and its associated collagen buildup my penis might still grow a good bit if the testimony seen below is valid.

I am starting to take Chorionic Gonodotropin (better known as Pregnyl) at 3000 IU per week injected under the pelvic skin. I plan to also take a strong Erectile Dysfunction injection daily directly into the penis - ouch! Add to that DHT with enhanced penetration using DMSO as a carrier and there is a small chance of actually experiencing noteworthy penis growth by chemical means. Wouldn't the collagen strands generated by PMMA, with their harder buidup, tend to resist growth pressure not so much longitudinally but mostly of girth? The last thing I want is for PMMA induced collagen layers to PREVENT harmonious penis englargement and reduce my girth potential ? ! ?

Dd71 I have tried a temporary filler, It was macrolane which is basically a form of Hyaluronic Acid. The result was not good, I don't think you would like it.
