When I had PMMA done many years ago, I initially had a ridge near the base (which was later broken up & softened), it definitely did create a sort of added stimulation. I can't say it would be for everyone, but it was effective. Dr. Morganstern is probably using a non-permanent filler but that may be a good thing since you may not end up liking the ridge and wont have to worry about revising/removing it later. If you do end up liking it, I believe his products are still considered long-lasting fillers (a few years). A clitoral ridge sort of opens up a whole new avenue of experimental vaginal stimulation using dermal fillers in and around the penis, I'll stay tuned.
