The cause of periones disease or curvature of the penis is a result of scar tissue. The fat transfer does not cause this scar tissue in all cases. I had my surgery done in Miami back in the 80's and it only cost 500 bucks. You get what you pay for. In a month after the surgery, a lump formed which required surgery to remove. I had 2 ftp since then by a reputable surgeon. Still not completely satisfied. In time, there will be better procedures that do not require surgery. That is where I am now.
