I thought I've read on this forum that pumping can impact longevity of HA regardless of time since procedure. Again...could be way off base...sincerely hoping I am. You’re moving fluid through the HA which seems to increase the rate of reabsorption. You’ll get much bigger gains with less time in the pump because of the hygroscopic properties of HA but it definitely reduces the time needed between top ups.
