My penis keeps retracting inside of it, and I’ve been adjusting it non stop, it just doesn’t work for me, I think my Flaccid length is too small for it. I took it off to trim it and I can already see where massive lumps and nodules are forming. Should I just take it off compeltley or try and keep it on? I had an allergic reaction to the sleeve and had to start wrapping my penis with a single layer of tissue to prevent the swelling and redness. I’m just experience too much shrinkage to comfortably keep the sleeve on as the head of my penis comes out and eventually slides half way down the sleeve. Like you, mine was also done on a Friday and I couldn’t reach anyone over the weekend. I could barely keep mine on leaving the doctor’s office and it kept coming off on the plane. Thanks to this forum, what I found that worked was 10mg of Cialis and a slightly tight rubber band at the base. It fills the penis up enough to keep it in place. Also, on the third day I thoroughly washed the penis and the sleeve with anti-bacterial soap and hydrogen peroxide. I think that the exterior of penis was extra slippery from the procedure. Washing it made the sleeve sticky and helped with keeping everything together. If I’m having the same problem. I will probably wash the penis and the sleeve before the third day after the next procedure. It’s pretty scary to have that sleeve fall off after the treatment and the lectures of the importance of adherence to the protocol. You don’t want to waste the time and money involved with the procedure. You also don’t want it to look freakish. I’ve used my penis quite a bit over the past week and I can attest that it looks fine and isn’t misshapen at all. In fact, I’ve had some nice results and am looking forward to the next round. We are all trained the same but there are different situations that warrant a sleeve, sleeve and bell cap, or sleeve and rubber bands. Some providers seek to skew more towards one way or another. We don’t all think the same. There will be variances. 2. I wanted to know if you tried to contact the provider and you couldn’t…. Before posting on here to a group that isn’t necessarily trained on the procedure or how to fit a sleeve. You could be given bad advise here she do something too tight that could cause Necrosis or many other things that could be incorrect. Just because someone on here has a treatment or two with PhalloFILL doesn’t make them an authority on your post care. Everyone is different…. And no offense to you guys trying to help. But it really should be a provider giving post care advise. From what you said in your original message…. You aren’t developing nodules or granulomas. They take weeks not hours so forget that. If you have the perception of lumps or nodules it’s most likely injection site reactions. I tell my patients not to look at it or judge it for at least 2 weeks. Ir will go through changes and one is lumps and bumps because of swelling. You have about a week to get a proper sized sleeve before there is any adhesion is the filler. Don’t panic about that either. But I do need to know if you reached out to the clinic and got no response or if you were given a way to contact them. You can message me privately if that’s better for you. That makes sense. I just didn’t want to list the provider because I didn’t want people to think I had a bad experience. I haven’t tried reaching out, it’s a weekend and I didn’t want to bother anyone. They did give me a way to contact them. I I think the sleeve is proper size for width, I think maybe it was just a little long. I’m very much a Grower not a shower so my Flaccid length can get very small. But everything looks pretty good, maybe one spot towards the tip, but like you mentioned that could be injection site or swelling. I’ll send you a private message, thank you. I trimmed some length off the sleeve, and washed it with dial soap, and since then it’s been perfect.
