I think over time you would get some permanent enhancement. A guy on here has gone back to avanti several times for overall enhancement and gotten glans done each time, seemed to think he had some modest but long lasting result in glans but didn’t have any measurements. I won’t be able to go every 3 weeks, but once I’m done with evening/smoothing (5th round soon) I’ll probably focus on glans and try and get some work done there a couple times a year for a few years and see what happens. Seems like prp or stem cells could help also. First, you can't do it that often because of the time it takes to heal fully from the injection. Second, it is currently only safe to use HA for glans enhancement and as I'm sure you're already aware, HA is temporary no matter how much or how often you put in. Third, because the glans has such a violent life and penis size fluctuates throughout the day, the HA would still be "pushed out" by the body. Unfortunately, there just isn't a super effective glans enhancement out there that's safe yet.
