I’ve been researching on the forum for a little while and decided that I am going to take the plunge in the new year. I’m UK based and have looked at Moorgate & Androfill. Current stats are:- FL - 4.5 FG - 4” EL - 6” EG glans - 5 EG mid and base - 4.75” I have looked at HA and PMMA. I’d love to gain an extra Inch in Girth and I know the weight will then make me hang more when Flaccid. What would be the better option? I read stories of HA making the boner feel soft hence why I looked at PMMA but don’t think it’s available in the UK. You will have palpable differences when Flaccid between the various types. I'm quite heavily convinced that all the 'HA is squishy when I'm Erect' comments are patients who have unfortunately had the HA injected into a more superficial region (whether deliberately, ignorantly or accidentally by the injector). The bonus with the HA is it can easily be remedied. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a good starting point and you may end up liking it long-term if you don't mind the annual top-offs which aren't so bad really. Strong safety profile and reversible to some extent. Dr. Greta (of Androfill) is going to be our next *Featured Spotlight* on the front page and she's been getting good results with her technique. There is Ellanse in Europe as well, which is supposedly temporary but seems to last quite a long time (the problem is, no one really knows how long), and so how long it lasts for you would be hard to predict -- it's only major advantage being that it builds Girth akin to PMMA without the permanency of its microspheres. I'd recommend having a consultation with Dr. Greta (or Francis) and get a feel for what to expect; PMMA is only worthwhile if you are simply unhappy with HA and can make the logistical & financial commitments of having to travel to North America at least 2 or 3 times depending on your goals & outcomes. As Justn8 pointed out, HA can be a viable option in terms of firmness, based both on the product itself (some HA's are cross-linked to be more robust) and where it is injected -- hence why I recommended Androfill's Dr. Greta in this regard.
