But in my opinion the underside is interesting regards other things: Regards hetero men - it’s all about vertical girth! much more important than horizontal girth (G spot, that vertical „strectching“ is the key) *so nice when you can enhance ontop + underside* Second: everyone knows - overfilling will result in a unnatural look + feel. (Especially feel!) So why not be conservative, minimal enhancement? - BUT all around 360 ! I only plan on gaining 1" out of it total. I was going to go with Rejuvall but I ended up cancelling my appointment for two reasons: reason 1 is a scheduling conflict, I can't go during the times of the month that the Doc actually performs the procedure. Reason 2 is that it cost significantly more than Dr. Rupeka, I could understand that if Dr. Rupeka were not credible but that isn't the case. I don't think I've heard a negative thing yet about him. I would recommend do not put all of that 1 Inch on top. Try to ask for ratio ~0.6 in on top +0.4 in underside. It ll result in a more natural feel than just putting all of that Inch on top. I have a rather long penis and a large glans when Erect. So I could probably support more than 1" in added Girth without it looking strange. With that being said, because I have such a long penis it would take an extreme amount of volume to get those kind of results and I'm just not willing to pay what it'd take to get more then an Inch. Also, my wife probably can't support more than an Inch being added as I'm already 5.5" mid shaft and 6" at the base.
