But I can't see why I would ever go to Tijuana and not get PMMA performed by Avanti Derma, who has been doing it successfully for like 15+ years now. Product, quality, service, all verified over countless reports spanning many years; if there is any advantage of considering this guy (Dr. Herrera), it might be for Urological purposes, or procedures that aren't performed by Avanti Derma. I just had my first round at Avanti and I am completely happy with it. I will definitely be doing a second round in the coming months and want to explore every available option. Although I had nothing but good experiences with Ian and Dr. Morales at Avanti, I've also read about some of the limitations one can face doing a second round (limited CC's, not adding PMMA to the underside of the shaft etc). I will schedule a consultation with Dr. Herrera and report back for the board's sake. I appreciate your input!
