Is it worth it? YES! My Flaccid is no doubt bigger which is cool to have for a guy. That's more an ego thing and it's nice to have. Even when im cold. Erect, its for sure bigger. I don't feel like I was small before, but I haven't made my wife orgasm this big and this quickly often with just my penis. It's a game changer guys. I wouldn't say i've lost length, but if anything maybe on the backside (base) towards the scar. I think when Erect it protrudes a little when I push my Erection down, but I imagine when the scar tissue and graft stretch it will get better.
Now to the problem i'm having and why I haven't posted. There is a small area at the end of the graft toward the head area where it hasn't softened. Aesthetically it's not what I want and also it's causing me a lot of pain when i have sex. So the graft ends, theres a small area between the graft and the head/glans, then the head. It feels like that area in a very specific spot is being pulled and it feel like its being ripped almost. It's a very specific area. For sex less than two handful of times i've dealt with it because she wants sex and so do I, but no way i can deal with it for a long period of time. Upon my visit he said it can take 6-12months to soften. No way. I can't have that pain for that long, it really is too much. So he gave me a Kenalog shot which is supposed to soften it up. He said the part that hasn't softened up is whats causing that problem. We will see how it helps and I will keep you posted. I don't believe this is a common issue have any of you heard of this problem?
Like I said i don't think this is a common issue so if thats the case overall I would recommend this is you want to improve your size. It feels very natural and imo looks very natural aside from that area that hasn't softened up. I don't have any nodules personally either as some have been concerned about.

2 years 5 months ago #1308715997Would you recommend weight hanging after a procedure like this? I have an LG vac hanger and can hang comfortably up to 15lbs for 2hrs a day

Thanks in advance!

Re: My Journey with Alloderm Graft + PMMA
2 years 5 months ago #1308716062But I want to get back my initial length of 6.75" ..so I'm Hanging as much as possible atm to get there before the end of March (which is when I would like to have the PMMA added)
I am currently Hanging 15-20lbs 2hrs a day 6-7 days a week. Using my LG Hanger. The Alloderm had healed into place beforehand, so I don't feel pain from it and it doesn't seem to be moving anywhere

As far as PMMA and stretching I would think you would want to wait. I feel it would be more ideal to let the PMMA settle where it's supposed to so you don't have lumps and unevenness. You can always stretch whenever down the road, but once the PMMA sets that's what you get. Also no I haven't heard of anyone going in Erect before, but it doesn't hurt to ask these questions to whoever is providing your patient care.
On a side note wow man, 20lbs Hanging that sounds crazy lol

After further examination the pain im feeling is from one suture that hasn't dissolved. We didn't catch that the first visit. I'm super excited to know that this is the problem and it's correctable. I honestly wasn't sure if this was going to be a bigger long term issue. He said it doesn't happen often, but sometimes it can take a long time for it to dissolve. He said it's as simple as making a small incision at the site and snipping it and pulling it out. Recommendation was to wait till the 6 month part to see if it goes away on it's own before we do anything invasive if we don't have to. I personally agree with this logic too.
I have noticed that when Erect my range of motion is slightly limited. For example when youre Erect and you angle it downward I feel I can usually go down past 90 degree angle to about a 45 degree angle(slightly pointed downward) . At this time I can only really go to a 90 degree angle (straight out). Has anyone experienced this?

Re: My Journey with Alloderm Graft + PMMA
2 years 5 months ago #1308716076So...ok I can understand the thought behind waiting to hang.
But what about immediately keeping your penis stretched out after the PMMA filling? Would it be good to use a noose stretcher to keep the penis extended while the PMMA settles?
I use this in between my hanging sets: www.stillonsystems.com/

Re: My Journey with Alloderm Graft + PMMA
2 years 5 months ago #1308716115Yea I would like to go in in late March to have it done. I'm currently at 6.8" EL and 6.2" EG
I would like to be as close to 7" EG as possible, so thinking 15ccs would prob do it. But I want to get as much length as possible beforehand, so hanging 1-2hrs daily till then at 15-20lbs.
Once the PMMA is placed, can I go back to hanging like I am? Or would the Vacuum hanger cause deformation? Glad the ADS will be fine, I'll def use that immediately following the procedure to keep it stretched out a bit as you mentioned.

Re: My Journey with Alloderm Graft + PMMA
2 years 5 months ago #1308716118Yea...I waited a little over one month before I started Hanging with the Vac again.
Took it slow, 5lbs, 7lbs, 10lbs, 12.5, 15, 20, etc... building back up my tolerance. I've hung for over 10 yrs total now on and off so it isn't new to me. So far seems everything is fine, my Girth hasn't gone down, I do pump once or twice a week for 5 mins at 5Hg to get some blood pushed back in.
Going day by day.
