You are definitely eligible size-wise for enhancement of any kind, including PMMA fillers; however, the thicker/fuller you go, the more you risk the *pig in the blanket look* when Flaccid. I'd venture to guess if you can hit 5" or so in Erect Girth (which is quite substantial), you can do so while retain most natural aesthetics. I would consider myself to have a smaller glans. When I’m Flaccid I would say I’m close to the pig in the blanket look, but I know I for sure will after my second round. But honestly it doesn’t bother me and I’ve yet to have any ladies say anything about it. I would certainly say that the increased Girth overall dwarfs any aesthetic “issue” that I perceive myself to have.
