My goal is to increase Girth now that I have excellent rigidity. Once healed my plan is to get fillers(HA) for shaft and glans. Any recomendations/ideas. It sounds if you were a happy customer and they're willing to do it, why not? Alternatively Dr. Carney in Atlanta for sure, he's a Reconstructive Urological Surgeon who's dealt with everything under the sun when it comes to the penis (devices, Peyronie's, buried penis, critical penile trauma from significant injuries, and so on). And Dr. Hakky is a good choice too from what I've gathered about him. Did you doc advice against any forms of PE after you are healed? EG: stretching, pumping, hanging. etc. ? I have read that many times gusy lose some length when that have to get implants. I began using a penis pump about four months after the implant mainly for girth. I started off slow by to 10 minutes and then work my way up to about 25 minutes using a medium suction pressure. I get about 1 to 1 1/4 increase in girth when I use it. But that’s just temporary girth. The wife loves it and the pump makes a tremendous difference. I did seem to lose maybe 1/8 of an inch after the implant. My surgeon said it was fine to use the penis pump and that it wouldn’t bother any of the equipment that he put in, but don’t go crazy with any high pressure or excessive pumping minutes. But I like the feeling of the pumped penis which is why I am looking at the fillers so that it’s more permanent instead of just temporary with the pump. I was implanted AMS 700 LGX which actually increases in length up to 25% and Girth up to 10%. I came across two different clinical trials with AMS LGX and length recovery at 12 and 18 months post-surgery. If you think about it an implant expanding from inside corpora is a way better stretch than pulling the outside skin. I am hopeful in next 12 months my length will be probably little more than I had. As you probably know ED stops the daily blood supply (morning wood) which is nature's way of stretching the corpora and surrounding tissues with blood.
