Not specifically, but you can try reaching out to [ Androfill,](https://phalloboards.info/directory/78-androfill.html) not sure if they do Adult Circumcision (they may or may not), they are familiar with a network of specialists in and around London who would be able to provide you the kind of circumcision required for filler injections (I'm assuming that's why you're getting this done).
