Im really considering HA fillers … but with it being sooo temporary is it worth it? or im i going to be spending thousands upon thousands in maintenance? Only you can decide if HA is worth it to YOU to test the waters. No mater how long it lasts on someone else, it may not last the same on your. And yes, you will need will spend more money from an ROI perspective. BUT , BUT, it is the safest . So you have to decide what you think you want , HA is also the weakest product to hold up to continuous PE efforts if you intend on doing those.
