As of now I'm very unhappy with the look of it. At falicad state it looks horrible the skin goes over past my head and doesn't even look like a peins anymore when limp. Dont even want to pee in a public restroom with my huge Dick. At Erect stage it doesn't look to bad but the filler he put in isn't all getting completely hard/firm anymore. It's squishy like its filled with jelly. Talked with dr. loria and he says I have to much skin and that's why its not firm when Erect. He said he can fix it but I been having problems since the 2nd procedure. 3rd procedure was a touch up to fix problems from procedure 2. 3rd procedure worked out for about 5 months but kept on going down hill. Dont think I want to pay him again to fix it when it's been nothing but problems since the 2nd procedure and he didnt fix it round 3. I read so much about penis procedures/surgery in the last month but cant find info on what to do after a bad procedure. I don't know if I should find a plastic surgeon and who??? or get a different procedure PMMA or other filler to fix it and who is willing to fix his work??? I read a couple post of dr.loria patients who went to dr.C for a fix but they went after one procedure. I had 2 and a touch up for 3 now I have so much of that crap filler in me I don't know if it's fixable without it being cut out. I don't want to lose any Girth I have gained but I need to do something and what? This is bringing me down hard I need to find a solution but the right one this time. Any info or advice would be great. Thanks.

Re: Need help with what to do
3 years 4 months ago #1308711198Ok. So I’m an RN, not saying that gives me any special authority on this but heard me out. The issues with infections or blisters are common. I have many friends who have had procedures from other companies who have had the same thing happen, especially when you’re putting that much filler in. The body will heal that and things will even out.
What seems to be your major concern is that you had MASSIVE amounts of gains in your shaft and your head is lacking - causing you to have a pig in the blanket type of look when flaccid. You can look at having the new formed tissue removed but I highly recommend not to because you’re doing to end up with more asymmetries and or scarring. What I would recommend is finding any company who offered permanent filler glands procedures and have them make you a deal for a few glands procedures. That way you will even out. This is a common issue with a lot of guys who have had a few procedures done just because the skin in the shaft vs the glands is FAR more elastic and able to hold filler. This causes an uneven growth.
I bet when your erect you look great.
Try not to feel like you have w botched dick, I promises you most guys on here want your measurements. Give your body time to heal from those infections. It will take a few months.

Re: Need help with what to do
3 years 4 months ago #1308711200Ok maybe some of the other guys can chime in but I know that avanti derma and surgical life enhancement (both in Tijuana) do glands with PMMA.
In the states I think rejuval does a glands with PMMA
I know doctor Kane in texas also does glands With permanent filler. Actually. Doctor Kane might be somebody to reach out to. He does the same exact procedure that Loria does. In fact they used to work together. But he has kept his business small so you get a lot more personal contract with him directly. Spoke to him over the phone not to long ago while getting some quotes for my third procedure.

3 years 4 months ago #1308711207There are many, many reports of guys on here getting PMMA/HA/Ellanse and infections and wounds that open up weeks after a procedure are *not* common. They do seem pretty common with guys who got silicone. Perhaps some of your "many friends" who got infections and open wounds can come here and tell us about their experience and what doctor they went to.EricPig wrote: @JohnsonPHD

Re: Need help with what to do
3 years 4 months ago #1308711208Avanti does not put PMMA in the glans, only HA. SLE claims to use PMMA but is actually using silicone. I'm not sure what Rejuvall is doing. But considering that OP had a wound open up and got an infection 25 days post treatment last time he got silicone in his glans, maybe more in there isn't the best idea.EricPig wrote: @JohnsonPHD

Also, why is it that Loria patients always refer to it as a "glands?" It's "glans." Maybe if someone thinks you've got a gland at the end of your dick don't take medical advice from them (even if they tell strangers on the internet that they're an RN).

Yo dawg. No disrespect and no hate. Just telling my experience. Everybody has a right to go through this journey with whatever they feel is right.
What we don’t need is sarcastic remarks and aim to tear people down. Your no more of an authority on the matter than any of us who have gone through procedures and shopped the markets.
This forum should be a place where all of are here to encourage one another in the one thing that brought us here - feeling more confident in ourselves. It’s ok to have different opinions but everybody has different results and different experiences. You can’t say one particular place is bad…. All the companies pin each other against themselves.
Maybe having a more open mind and talking to multiple patients from all the companies (not just the ones promoted here) and seeing how they have faired. I know I have, and the majority of patients I’ve spoken too who have had blisters, pustules, vesicles… etc are guys who have had a lot of filler put in, regardless of the type. However, I don’t come on here blasting those companies that I’ve heard bad experiences from because I realize that every patient is different and reacts differently.
You’re quick to throw Loria under the bus and it’s ok if you choose not to work with them. But the issues being discussed in this forum are no different that issues that have been reported from companies you support like avanti derma. Would it be fair for me to reply under those threads that that company is bad? No. Because they aren’t. I know they do good work. However, you will have bad experience with every company. There’s so many variables. If you were a medical professional, which I can’t imagine you are with your narrow approach to this, you would understand better.
The point here is to please be mindful of your opinions since they are not authority, even if you feel passionate about them.
Be kind.
