I have had PMMA in my penis for almost 3 years now. For about 3 months now, I have been experiencing almost constant swelling that only starts to decrease if I don't masturbate/have sex for 3 days (my record).It all started after an hour-long masturbation session. Before that time the size of my penis was always constant, rarely swelling for at most 2 days after particularly hard sex. But as I said since September it has been swelling pretty much all the time, partly because I'm practically masturbating every day and maybe I haven't given the penis time to fully heal from that intense masturbation. I should add that a month and a half ago I did a final round to adjust the shape and obviously that has prolonged the inflammation and in fact the swelling doesn't seem to be getting any better. What do you think I should do? In my opinion I should go without masturbating for at least 5 days (which never happened) for it to heal completely. Has this ever happened to you? Thank you very much Yes, there have been multiple reports of men who experience swelling after vigorous use of their penis, be it prolonged masturbation or sex. This has also been reported from pumping sessions. From all accounts, it doesn't appear to cause any long-term issues, and appears to be temporary (like you said, when you let it recover, it goes back to normal). I've experienced it myself a few times and actually like how much thicker the swelling enables me to get. That all said, I don't know the mechanism behind it, my only theory is that the manipulation of PMMA particles trapped by the collagen may trigger some inflammation that otherwise wouldn't happen with normal use of the penis.
