 It was discussed a lot with glans enlargement in recent years.
And the conclusion is - it is hard and moderate effect to augment glans.

But by looking at a few posts 8 years ago, lots of people were talking about Dr. Gangsun Cho(Jo) from Korea. Dr. C even went Korea to get learned of it but abandoned the solution later because of registration cost (rather than side effect?)
