I am curious about the original question, and whether any kind of dermal graft such as Surgimend, AlloDerm, and so on, can be combined with a filler after? And what about for those who had filler in the past, for example, PPMA? Could they still get dermal graft? Spontaneously, it seems in theory a pretty bad idea to combine the two, but I have no idea if it is as such in practice.

Guys who have had permanent surgeries are less likely to log in every day, much less see this particular thread. You are better off using the SEARCH tab here as well as on PhalloBoards 2.0 using terms like MegaMAXL, Rejuvall, Carney, and Morganstern. You'll going to get the same answers but much quicker.

So definitely agree, that's the better idea. I have tried that though.. I have searched for those terms and found numerous upon numerous pages which I have scrolled through. I've read all the responses and to my surprise almost nobody is talking about their erect permanent gains. Everybody seems to want to talk about girth or their flaccid gains. The odd part is that other users have asked them point blank numerous times if there were any erect gains and no one seems to answer those questions, they sidestep and go back to their flaccid gains. Now to be honest, that's kind of dampened my excitement on this procedure. I don't understand why nobody's sharing their erect gains... Unless there aren't any? I don't know

If there are Flaccid gains in Girth, there are absolutely Erect gains in Girth.

If there are Flaccid gains in length, there may or may not be immediate gains in length, and often times these men have to stick to a stretching regimen that could last months. I don't blame some of them for not wanting to log in weekly to share their incremental gains when it's a marathon and not a sprint.

For what it's worth, these Clinics have reported to me that their patients have reported Erect length gains. Obviously this is both anecdotal and bias, but it is information nonetheless.

Their website claims roughly half of what is pulled out will become erect gains.
But when I follow users experiences on this site and they say they had 1.5-2" pulled out...well that's just perplexing to me that they haven't posted their .75-1" erect gains, cause that would be amazing. Without anyone posting any results...it makes paying ~10K and having ligaments inside my body sliced apart a bit more uneasy.
Texas for instance seems to be a very knowledgeable person on this site that has had this procedure done, but I can't find his results anywhere either

What clinics were those btw? I didn't see any links or names posted. I would love to check them out!

I spoke about this with Dr. Liu as well, and his comment is that it is pretty much hit or miss. Some people do see some gain in Erect length, others don't get any. For me, I don't think it is worth the money given the risk of no gain, and assuming I go through with it, will only do Girth enhancement.

I believe Texas really had great gains from his ligamentolysis, but he emphasizes very strongly that it takes huge effort. I can add however that effort is just part of it. Another aspect is finding a penile traction device that works well for you. The first one I got from the surgeon was very cheap, and my penis was very swollen after the surgery, so I could not even use it. Here it is important to point out that combining ligamentolysis with other procedures is likely not a good idea, because the penis will be very swollen, making it hard or impossible to use a penile traction device for at least 1-2 months.

After 2 months I discovered that I had phimosis, which is not uncommon either, even after getting filler. There was recently a guy on the board who had HA filler, developed phimosis, and then he had circumcision. My phimosis cleared up in 1-2 months, and I bought the Phallosan Forte Plus, but I discovered that the silicone cap for the glans is very hard to put on. The silicone sleeve was very low-quality too, and it would tear easily.

That is when I discovered on forums that many people buy accessories elsewhere: some use medical tape instead of the silicone cap, and they buy higher-quality silicone sleeves from third parties. Once you got a good device that is comfortable and easy to use, then you need to spend the next 3-12 months using the device for 8-12 hours a day.

Many people seem to combine stretching with hanging too, so it requires additional effort. Supposedly hanging is much more painful than stretching using a penile traction device, but I can say that the penile traction device is already very uncomfortable.

As for erect length gains, no reputable surgeon will promise it, but it is possible. I am pretty sure that I gained some flaccid length gains, despite not using the penile traction device, but it is definitely not major flaccid length gains. I am still in the process of buying more comfortable accessories, and I hope to start using the penile traction device then.

Screen is right. I have been very openly adamant about the fact that if you are going to spend the money for a length procedure - then put in the work to ensure to get it, and that you keep it. Unless of course are you ok with whatever gains you get out of the gate and no going the process that wont do shit for you after care. Thats it.

As for results - they vary with different people. But that clinic ( Dr Carney ) has locked down their science and methods enough to guarantee that each person at least gets an inch gain on flaccid. And that's still something !!! If you are someone who is going to say that flaccid gains arent shit and only erect matters, Then please dont expect replies and advice from me. Most men here can admit that want more swing meat ( and hard meat more ) but we will take what we can get.
With that said: I have physically been at their clinic as a guest and when someone got two inches pulled out. Whether or not that dude is a member here, I have no clue. Whether or not those gains will transfer to erect, I dont have the privilege of knowing and if they dont report back to the clinic I cant assume that they will know either.
- which is the biggest problem we have here on the board and even more so with the Doctors ( i know from the ones I have had consulting calls with ) : people get what they need and then disappear until they need something again or a problem arrises.

As for me, as I have said many times, I gained an inch only right out of the gate on flaccid and it wasn't long for that to transfer to erect. I also put in a SHIT LOAD of work to ensure this. I am stretching 90% of the day. So for me, yes this procedure was fucking game changer. I also have a personal friend on here who had some complications in his life and couldnt put in the stretching work and didnt gain much at all on erect; But at least he got more visible swinging dick out of it.

And lastly, for those that dont gain much out of the gate and dont put in the work. Should they ever come back and want to put in the work; well, at least the ligs are cut and blocked so they potential for getting gains will be somewhat easier than if they had not the surgery at all.

So, I used to hang a lot. Would hang 15-20lbs for 3hrs a day.
I did this off and on for yrs and I gained roughly .5" of erect length.
The problem recently is it's become harder and harder to reach fatigue and get a good stretch, my ligs have toughened up I fear
So the hanging and all-day-stretchers don't bother me at all. I would definitely hang again if I had the MegaMAXL procedure done.

So you gained roughly 1" of erect length? That's awesome! Of course that required lots of post hanging/stretching as well.
Ok, so if you are dedicated and put in the time, then this procedure should definitely unlock additional erect gains, from what I'm understanding.

Also, Texas, you had PMMA following this procedure correct?

No big deal. I know it gets difficult to look through everything sometimes. There really are some good gems out there though. No apology needed.

Let me give you some caution if I may. I think Hanging that heavy can be very bad if your are not careful. Focus on more time at lower weights than higher; even if that is contrary to other Hanging board/forums recommendations. I am one of few people who have been opened up after a few years of Hanging and the doctor found lots of scar tissue in the area that had to be removed to complete the procedure. No one that I know of from those Hanging boards can say that. So at the risk of future health issues, go lighter and longer time.

Yes I gained an Inch. i was hoping for more and decided that i would give it until the years end to see what else I could unlock. However, due to a scrotoplasty that cost 7 weeks and a round of covid that put me out for another 2.5 weeks, plus some work issues. I, for once, did not complete my full mission. And that is very rare for me. So I will most likely be calling max gain at 1" . BUUUUTT, i will be starting a new Hanging and pumping routine this December and running that through march to see if I can get something else.

I had Ellanse, not PMMA. And I had all my 3 rounds before the surgery. You can do it either way. But, if you are giving yourself the chance to choose. Do the surgery first .

As for PMMA vs Ellanse : or whats left of the Ellanse line up. My personal preference would be for the PMMA. But to each their own. Ellanse is still a great long term option. If someone has the money and no foreseeable money issues. I would do Ellanse do to semi permanency and wait till it degrades, however long that is, and then get PMMA.
i will be going PMMA if my Ellanse ever wears off: i had the 4year Ellanse that is no longer available .

Apologies for the delayed response. I was curious about how sex has been since the procedure. They say that the angle of the erection changes slightly, but certain sex positions make you feel loose. Has it changed significantly for you? Do you notice big differences? My wife's favorite position is riding me on top, not reverse cowgirl... But riding me from on top facing me. Would that be a position that could suffer from this procedure?

Oh and one additional concern I have is the amount of skin on the shaft to allow for potential gains. I feel like after Hanging for years, I don't have too much excess skin left. Like, let's say they pull an Inch and a half out.. would there even be enough skin on my penis in the surrounding area to allow for that growth? Or would it constrict, essentially keeping it inside and hindering gains. I'm not sure if I'm making sense

Is there a way to increase the amount of skin available?
