If you follow the instructions on how to get there and back you'll be good. It's like any major city, be smart and be respectful, and you'll do fine. Avanti Derma pioneered PMMA in the penis, they are absolutely worth consideration. Ultimately, it came down to Dr. Rupeka and Avanti Derma. I'm going for the Utmost procedure at Avanti Derma in December, just 6 weeks from today. I'm pretty damn excited. I appreciate all the feedback, DMs, advise, sharing your experiences, etc. Thanks guys. If there is anyone who thinks I am making the wrong decision to go with PMMA and/or the wrong decision on the doctor, please let me know. I'll continue to research until my procedure and will continue to research even after my procedure. One can never stop learning.
