What you are asking now is too broad and any number of answers could work. Try the [ Newbie Guide](https://phalloboards.info/faq.html) (which is getting some updates this week). Then skim through the [ Doctor's Forum](https://phalloboards.info/doctors-forum.html) , looking for those in your region. Some of them have their own Q&A's, Podcasts, etc. Some that don't have anything are likely due to them being new; for example, Dr. Rupeka is relatively new so he will have a Q&A in the coming weeks. Then you'll want to come back to this [ General Discussion area](https://phalloboards.info/forum/general-discussion.html) to see what's trending + the [ Progress Report section](https://phalloboards.info/forum/progress-reports-the-patient-support-group.html) where many people share their experiences.
