It's gotten me comfortable with addressing a decades old insecurity I have. I'm slightly above avg at 7-7.5" strrooooongly bone pressed but only 5.5-6" shows (I'm 6"1' 210 - not fat, just bad fat storage genetics I guess) and my Girth is 5 on a good day. I used a pump to improve things but my wife has recently said she "just needs to feel full" for great sex. I asked (foolishly) if I did that and she said yes but not w/ much conviction and she's never given me the praise I would like. So, I guess my wife can really take a d*ck. I'd like to give her a good one. Hoping to get to the dimensions in my username (without having to draw blood using a ruler!). I'm most concerned w/ aesthetics but would be excited to get another 0.75"-1" in Girth. I would get PMMA but I want to test drive this first. My questions are: 1) post HA filler can I keep Hanging and using a bathmate pump? 2) I'm flying in / out for this procedure. Thoughts on complying w/ aftercare? 3) I'm about to get TRT and a few other PEDs (to get rid of fat pad). Will that have any impact on the filler or results? Any help would be appreciated. You can certainly achieve 0.75"-1.0" in girth, and your length is a PLUS for aesthetics. As for your questions: 1) People do, but I'm of the camp that says stretch and/or pump moderately, don't push your luck, that's how injuries begin. [ @Texas](https://j4.phalloboards.info/forum/profile/6380043-texas.html) is someone you'll want to reach out to for coaching in this regard. 2) Follow your Doctor's post-op protocol. Ideally staying in town for a few days is best, but if you can't do that for whatever reason, you'll have to be extra diligent with the instructions provided. 3) Not to my knowledge, but I don't recall reading any members suggesting any therapies impacting their gains.
