Although unproven there is anecdotal evidence that it can be effective. They also use it in tendon and ligament regeneration. It's not going to hurt, but don't expect large gains. In my opinion, it's somewhat of a marketing gimmick. It helps but not to the extent that they market it. It's actually a side treatment that Avanti gives when they do their treatments. In other words, "it wouldn't hurt" to get it alongside your Dermal Filler, just no strong evidence suggesting that'll it enhance gains one way or another. PRP in it of itself is not going to give you actual gains, at least nothing notable. I really don't think it's anything special. For third session I think I'll just skip the prp and put that money towards trying redlight therapy. The one who did had a much better result. More than enough reason to spend the extra $360 IMO. He’s the only doctor doing this procedure saying prp is gonna make a difference for Girth. The brothers could have been unhealthy or missing some nutrients in the diet and the prp really helped. If you are unhealthy and heal slow Id do prp combined with a Girth enhancement. If you are healthy and heal fast it’s probably not worth it. It didn’t do anything for size. Just made the PMMA needle holes heal faster. That’s it.
