First 24 hours leave the wrap on but also try to keep it stretched out as much as possible (you may have the pull on the head). Obviously nothing crazy just park your ass in bed or on the couch. I sat on the couch in my hotel letting it hang. You don’t want to let your penis retract, which it shouldn’t due to the new weight of the filler and swelling. I think retraction could result in some undesirable outcomes. After 24 hours hot showers or baths to get the gel malleable and smooth any irregularities you see. I found this to be difficult because you’re so swollen that you can’t really tell what’s filler and what’s swelling during round 1, and your Dick is basically black and blue. The filler is malleable though for the first 72 hours. In between massages I applied Arnika cream for bruising and took Arnika tablets (for inflammation). The cream makes a huge difference in healing time. I also kept the tubigrip on after round two for a full 5 days, changing it out after each shower. My results from round 2 were markedly better aesthetically than round 1. I think if you intend to go the HA route you should most definitely plan on 2 to 3 rounds before it’s where you want it. Regarding sex, no jerking off or sex for 5 days. It’s not easy to wait when you’re walking around with a massive unit you’re ready to show off lol. Hope this helps. Out of all the aftercare research I did and questions I asked, the basic thing is to not let the filler leak into the Balls cause you’ll lose product which means gains. The wrap has to be snug at the base and for shape there needs to be pressure pads in certain areas. Mainly 2 locations, the area on the back of the shaft just below the glans and the back at the base. If you ever pumped you notice you get a bulge in those areas.
