So I'm not sure if it's still the case > In other developments regarding Ellanse, the UK distributor Sinclair has told us that Ellanse E (4 years) is no longer available, and potentially Ellanse L (3 years) will also be withdrawn, leaving only the Ellanse S (1 year) and M (2 years). This takes away a lot of the benefit of the product in terms of longer duration. However, I believe the main benefit of Ellanse remains the hardness, the difference being particularly noticeable versus HA when we start to talk about more than a 0.75 Inch / 2 cm gain in circumference. I didn’t want money to factor into my decision. I say that though because Avanti is more reasonable with their Ellanse prices compared to Androfill or the Australian clinics. If it was more expensive I might have opted for PMMA because I’m not rich. But if I lived in those other regions, PMMA wouldn’t really be an option. I like the idea of being able to let it go away if there are any real problems. Yes, I know it would take years but I believe waiting is better than degloving. This piece of mind will allow me to see how far I can push the size if the doctors are willing. We aren’t sure if the swelling We aren’t sure if the post sex swelling is caused by the product or by both collagen and product. I doubt it’s just the collagen. Some science is pointing towards being able to sustain more Girth with less product. If it’s true that the collagen will stick around for years after the product is dissolved, you can get more rounds and only have that amount be in you. So in theory, you could maintain or even gain Girth with only, say, 12 cc of product in you. I think the main one is that people in Europe don´t want to waste money and time traveling to Mexico to have the PMMA. Also Ellanse offers less risks and the fact that there are reports of guys that have it for 4+ years and haven´t lost even 0.1". If this product can actually last much more than expected and return perm gains from collagen formation then it´s a great choice. How long does it supposed to last on paper? On paper the L version is supposed to last 3 years but guys are heading into 4 years with no loss and facial studies have shown the M version (2 year) has stuck around for twice as long. And then there's the whole collagen half life theory of 15 years where at 15 years post PCL you'd be left with half of the collagen. Lifestyle factors influence this and I'd bet it's less than 15 but even if you have half at ten and the full amount at 4 or 5 years, that's pretty substantial, who knows. 10-12 cc of Ellanse has been bringing the same gains as about 16-17cc of PMMA (.5 Inch, some get .6). Although, if you get the full 20-21 cc PMMA deal at Avanti, you'd get more I believe. There have been several .75 Inch first round gains from the max PMMA procedure. Not that .75 is guaranteed but it seems more likely now.
