The condom forms a tight ring indentation around the base. Yes, it starts within the first year. I'm not a year in so don't know if it will continue. It lasts about a day and a half. It can get a little sore. Exercise and sauna the day after helps tremendously. I'm sure diet has something to do with it as well. The more processed foods and lack of nutrition will cause more inflammation in the body. Although, even if I ate 100% clean food and took several vitamins, I'm sure I'd still get some swelling. I'm going to try to get back on a strict diet and exercise regimen though. I've just been going through a stressful period. It doesn't hurt during sex. Although, I'm sure if you had sex for 3 hours it would. But then again, who wouldn't get sore after that? Vaginas get sore when something big is put in them and after long sex. They usually become swollen. Is that a cause for concern? Is this the same thing? Our muscles get swollen after hard workouts and become sore. Is this different? Lubrication helps.
