I don't think I had any negative consequences to it other then slight pain. I definitely wanted to use it though as I was still a little swollen from the procedure and wanted to play with the extra Girth! Theoretically, I believe you can have sex as soon as the entry points close, but it's always best to wait a while. I try to shoot for two weeks ... but seldom make it. I made sure I was gone most of that 7 days. It made it much easier. I haven't heard the 3 week number, maybe that's specific to PMMA vs Ellanse? Not sure. Honestly probably didn't have to wait that long. I think you are your best judge. Once your entry points have closed up and soreness is gone I think you're fine.
