Im a new member here but long time lurker, and I just have a couple questions that I cant seem to find answers too floatng around, The first question I have surrounds manual PE and HA injections. After much research ive determined that HA injections seem to be the best way to go about non-manual PE, at least in my case, but i cant seem to find information regarding how manual PE will affect the HA once it has been injected. Will the HA disapear faster due to the rigour that manual PE would require of it? Or is it sturdy enough to not really be concerned about this sort of thing? I understand HA dissolves over time, but would continuing manual pe after injections be detrimental to the results i would recieve? I only ask as i have seen reasonable results through manual PE so far, and would like to continue doing so if at all possible. Additionally HA injections seem plentiful in places such as europe and the US, but as a canadian chilling out in toronto, I was wondering if anybody knew of any options availbile a little closer to me, say in canada or just over the border, NYC is an option, but im just doing research at the moment, any help is appreciated! There is no correlation (or explanation) between manual PE and filler size loss, at least as far as forum consensus is concerned; if it existed, there simply isn't enough reporting in this regard to know this conclusively (too many factors at play). If you go the route of a temporary filler, the rate of dissipation varies patient-to-patient... it's next-to-impossible to ascertain how much of that loss is due to manual PE, short of a thorough medical/scientific study. I'm of the camp/belief that manual PE has no affect on your gains (via fillers) and shouldn't impact your decision making in whether-or-not to pursue girth enhancement. And if it did impact gains...
