Ideally you want to stretch immediately after PMMA and constantly mold the product. Post op "manipulation" is key to a good result. If you have the lig cut at the same time, you wont be able to stretch and will be swollen and sore, which will make massaging the PMMA harder. Usually, guys get the lig cut first, stretch for 6 month and then get Girth work. There isn't really anywhere decent to get the lig cut in Europe either. I can't think of anyone that doesn't use the V/Y incision and you really want to avoid that. That's pretty true and sad too, that an entire continent doesn't have that. What about the places in Europe where one can get PMMA or permanent fillers? Is there like a list? I only know of Dr Nemeckova and I really want to avoid that. Not sure in in England they do permanent fillers, I only know of HA and Ellanse and they get absorbed and cause irregularities and you have to go back after some years. Problem is that a flight to Mexico and back costs 2000 dollars and having someone in Europe is much more suitable for Europeans. I know there are several members who have been really pleased with their results from her, but she seems to get more than her fair share of unhappy guys. But, other than her, the only other option in Europe is the guy in Italy and he sounds a bit dodgy. One member had a fantastic result with him, but another had a result that just simply didn't sound like he'd been injected with PMMA. Androfill inject Ellanse and it's very possible that it is "semi permanent". I wouldn't be surprised if the 3 year version ended up lasting over 5 years or even actually be permanent. I think if it was around in 2016, when I got my PMMA, I'd have gone the Ellanse route, simply to avoid the hassle of flying to Mexico, from the UK. I'm happy with my result and really glad to have met and got to know, Dr C, Ian and Wade, but I really can't stand long haul flights, so staying in the UK would be really alluring to me, even if the product isn't totally permanent. It seems that you and I are the knly ones around here. Is there another forum about fillers that I don't know about? There used to be more people in the past versions from what I remember. Probably gone somewhere else? Thank you for replying anyway. Having already gotten PMMA,I'd still want to go the PMMA route because it needs serious touch-ups. The Dr N work is really messy, it doesn't catch on everywhere and leaves the Dick with portions of PMMA. But just asking....is Ellanse possible for touch-ups to PMMA? I heard about HA touch-ups, but if those get reabsorbed in the organism in 12 months, it's like nothing (though one doctor swore to me that 75% never gets reabsorbed).
