I don't think it's worth it though. It's a serious abdominal surgery, it's expensive, and it rarely if ever results in major Erect gains. I can tell you from experience that PMMA increases Flaccid hang as well as Erect Girth. LIg cut will help some guys. It is surgery. Plan to commit to months of stretching devices or it might just contract back to where it was or even shorter. It probably won't give much/any Erect length. There is likely to be a big scar. Maybe stretching devices, if used for hours/day over months will help. Maybe. Include PE exercises here. Some determined guys do get results. Fillers - PMMA/Ellanse/ HA all may make you more of a shower. The just get in the way of the retracting shaft and hold it out. But for really strong retractors they are not enough and you get thick, bunched up skin with a retracted penis. Medication with alpha blocking action. I get about 2/3 response here. Some guys never what to stop the medications and some dont get any benefit. Yohimbe fit here. Botox might make a difference by also increasing blood flow. All the herbal things that are meant to increase blood flow - I guess they work for some guys but not the majority. Cialis seems to help some guys. Did I miss any thing? I already had significant Flaccid gains by extending but it also increased my hard length, so technically im still a Grower. I tried flomax, didnt so anything. Which type do you prescribe ? Cialis right before sleep turns me into a shower for 2 days but thats not a long term solution (side effects like neck pain). But it works.
