I have a micropenis. It's buried when Flaccid and I'd say 3 1/4" when Erect. I'm just wondering what my general options are for enlargement, both surgical and non-surgical. I'm in my mid-30's. If non-surgical options like hormone therapy are possible, I'd probably be most interested in that route. Any guidance is appreciated, thanks. There are several options and the best thing to do would be to have a consult with an experienced surgeon, such as Dr Solomon or Dr Alter, so they can best advise you which route they think would be optimal. But usually it's a mix of pubic lift, lipo, skin tacking. scrotal web reduction and even lig cutting. Non surgical treatments, which personally I'd do in combination with surgery, are things such as vacuum pumping and manual stretching. Post surgery you could also use a stretching device, such as the Penimaster etc. Prior to surgery, you may have difficulty applying the device. I'm not sure hormone therapy would be particularly effective at your age, unless you are obviously deficient. But overall there are some decent options for someone in your circumstances. Also try to get references from people that have had it if you choose this route. I don't know about your weight, but losing belly fat can help. **NON SURGICAL OPTIONS** Definitely give the non-surgical route a try if you can. If anything, it might even better prepare you for the road ahead with some improvements to show and you can build on it. **Permanent length gains:** stretching devices (there are many options), people claim to gain an average of between .25 inches to .5 inches and higher. **"Temporary" length & girth gains:** complimented with a bathmate Hydromax (I expect these gains are only semi-permanent) people speak of .5 inch girth gains and higher. It might also boost your confidence! **Permanent & semi Permanent length & girth gains:** Hyaluronic Acid, Ellanse Fillers, or PMMA (check these forums for info), but I suspect you will want to focus more on the length first. A good diet apparently is also important. I'm sure other members here can offer more detailed assistance. Regarding hormone therapy, how does that work exactly? I think I know how this all started for me. When I was 10 I was very sick in the hospital with pneumonia. I spent 3 months in ICU, and the only thing that helped me get out of there was intravenous prednisone to open my lungs. I was on a high dosage for an extended period of time (about 1 year). When I finally did ween off, I was left bloated, had gynocomastia, and just a mess. I didn't know it at the time, but I think that may be the root cause of why my penis never really developed. I'm not obese by any means. Quite the opposite at 5'6" and 140 lbs. But I do still have loose skin from once being near 190 lbs in my early teens. A pubic lift may make sense.
