I believe you can get more swelling. Hope someone with more knowledge will chime in though. He also mentioned they had tried Ellanse in the glans. I'd be interested to hear from members who have had the neck and or glans done in Ellanse, as I would like to get my neck done to blend the circ scar to the glans. Last week I injected a couple of ml of HA pasted the circ. scar on a follow up patient of mine. He had 12 ml of Ultra Deep in the shaft. The circ was quite scared down and I had to make access points beyond it to get the filler there. It certainly can be harder to get a perfect result here - the skin is so thin and then attached as it gets to the glans. I am not so keen on Ellanse in this region.
