I had 60mls in my shaft and a few weeks ago I flew to London to have it all dissolved by the suggestion of Dr Horns representative Francis due to the desire for a perfect smooth result. I never had met the Androfill team so it was also an opportunity to see what they were all about. My original HA Girth result honestly wasn't all that bad but wasn't perfect either. So I had maybe like 12 or 15 vials of hyalase injected over 2 sessions. Still have about 10-15% of the filler left to dissolve and it's proving to be a journey on its own. Anyone's experience with dissolving all their HA to start anew would be much appreciated. I am not recommending doing it that way but it was pretty easy. The only doctor I knew who did it - and that I felt comfortable bringing it up to - was the one who put in the HA and I didn't want to go back to him. I had to do it twice as the first time did not get it all but then it went away. I also found that the strength of the HA was vastly different according to the brand. I don't recall the brands as this was a few years ago. I suspect many who choose HA over other fillers is for the option to "dissolve" most of the product in the event of an undesirable result. And because the option is readily available, some may consider any imperfection justification for product Removal, because they can. That isn't a bad thing because after all, that's what they signed up for. I speculate this is probably what's at play here. It's important to note that you may not necessarily be successful in dissolving 100% of the HA, and I'm sure it varies case by case. I'll let the actual HA-dissolvers comment on how they see it. . It turns to a liquid that is readily absorbed. It is quite remarkable how quickly it just disappeared. It costs a fortune to go to a doctor to get removed so I did it myself for $100. But like I said, it's not the smart thing to do as if there is a complication you are doubly screwed and have an even bigger tale to tell the er doctors and nurses. I guess what (and where) HA do you have 60ml of? Certainly HA with lots of cross linking seems to be tougher to dissolve. It is possible to have minor or even major allergic reactions to Hyalase - very good idea to have antihistamine (especially the older sedating type) or even some steroid like prednisone. When we do it we make patient hang around for a time (10 - 15 min). Seems to be more of an issue on the face though. When it dissolves it just turns into water and is resorbed pretty quick.
