 I note that your website states no erect length can be gained from suspensory ligament release. However, Dr. Carney through Rejuvall offers to cut deeper beyond the superficial suspensory ligament. I understand the interior penile anatomy is complex having just reviewed this study [ www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5448629/](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5448629/)

Can you comment further on why you believe it is impossible to increase the amount of penile tissue protruding during erection by cutting the ligaments and shifting the tissue.
