I actually just had an appointment with a sexual medicine specialist, and I asked him about tissue engineering for the penis. I'm 28 years old, and he told me it probably wouldn't be available while I was still a young man. Maybe in my lifetime, but probably decades away. I think these doctors are way off, they don't know anything if they're not being told.......first & foremost, this technology will be tested & used on military men coming back from the war messed up. Imo, I think they could do it today......why the stalling? Who know......maybe they don't wanna leave the cat out of the bag. If this technology would be used today for everything else, imagine the money the pharm companies would lose out. There are tons of avenues this technology could be used for but there will always be someone putting a lock on it. Its happened with other things that people have developed that could have helped millions of people but there's always someone putting a clamp on it. The only way you will ever grow the penis you desire is to know people underground.......scientists & doxtors working hand in hand& needing guniea pigs. Dr Adams is sort of secretive in doing the protocols he's doing. Why the medical fields are so open with women getting boob jobs & always getting better with technology on their looks while men are taking small steps towards benefitting for their penis, etc.......
