Spoke with William A. Moore at length regarding the Priapus Shot'. They are indeed licensed by Dr. Charles Runels. He charges $1,500.00 for the injections and then another $1,500.00 4-6 weeks later. You also have to purchase a pump if you don't have one ($200.00). He claims that everyone has an increase in length and Girth though he makes no promise. He has patients mark the pump with a sharpie and chart progress. He did say that it would increase EQ due to neovascularization and increased endothelial function. Although I'm aware of some glans augmentation with the procedure, I'm not really counting on size gains. I am interested in the regenerative properties of the growth factors though. Did it increase your EQ?

And 'everyone' has shown a before-after pictures of their gains so the rest of the world can evaluate it accordingly? At least one of those 'everyones' out there?

To my knowledge, I'm the only one that has at least tried to provide some documented "results" for this procedure. I don't think anyone will see the advertised results, IMO that is BS. It would take repeated visits (and a lot of cash) to get meaningful growth, but at the same time, the LITTLE bit I did get is still there. As for regenerative properties, I can't say. I did notice that after both rounds I could get hard without warning for the first couple of weeks. EQ was improved overall for about 3 months roughly before the effects wore off.

I trust the testimony of biggerbob. This increase in quality of Erection should be due to increased interaction between kinases and calcium channels (neural electrical system). This is a focus of research for treatment of ED in diabetic individuals and post op prostatectomy where there is a drop of nervous response of the corpora cavernosa.

I hope the doctors turned to the enhacement learn quickly and develop protocols in conjunction with PRFM, for better recovery of their patients. (only one can dream).

I sent email to DR. Runnels to know how he could receive me as a foreigner and the costs for me would still be higher than I do on their own.

Apparently most experience an increase in EQ but it is temporary. I'm in agreement with Carlos... Time for a home kit! Too bad the blood collection kit is outrageously priced.

The effect is temporary EQ due to the increased conveying calcium channels during this period.
The kits are priced impracticable centrifuge cascade and serve only in centrifuge cascade.
For members of the forum as I'm from Brazil in addition to pay dearly, I still have problems with customs.
I make an adjustment to the centrifuge I have, my blood transfer directly from where they extract the blood injection and transfer manually, the vial system vacuteiner BD already enriching compost.
But I hope that members understand that I still can not model accuracy to perform the procedure.
There is a protocol to follow what I'm trying to adapt to what I have.

Bascially, the PRFM treatment by Runnels is a stem-cell based treatment? If so, it is not beyond the experimental phase leading to inconclusive results. It does help with Erection quality, but not on a permanent basis.

MM - Not a stem cell treatment, but Plasma Enriched Platets (PRP/PRFM, same thing basically). The idea behind this is that the the growth factors in the PRP can trigger growth in whatever type of tissue they are implanted in. Lots of experimentation with this in regenerative medicine. But you are very correct in stating that this is still in the experimental phase with inconclusive results in both regen med. and PE. There have been some documented sucesses and failures with this. The medical community is still trying to tweak the process to see if they can get it to work. Overall from my research, it appears to work in repairing soft tissue damage sometimes but has very little success elsewhere. Dr. Runels theory is that by pumping, you slightly damage the penis tissues and the PRP repairs this damage. But a theory is all it is at this time. I have never seen anyone else post pics or report on their experience. I happened to be in Mobile on business and decided to give this a try before embarking on PMMA. Stopped in a couple months later for a second treatment of PRFM with ACell in it and still didn't see the claimed gains other than what I have documented with the glans. I will be going in for my second round of PMMA in the next couple of months. I might consider this again in the future for glans enhancement, but that is about it.

So, it might help if one has induced some damage due to PE, but not if one hasnt not.

To the glans seems to be a good choice and the ground.

Inside the cavernous bodies PRFM think it would be a plus in the process.

I have also had the Priapus Shot performed by Dr Runels, and Dr Villanueva in San Diego. For the most part I agree with most said. A bit of flair on the head rim, and bit more in length and a bit more in Girth, but not an Inch. Not yet for me anyway. I pumped daily for 3 months. Now I do so every other day or so, I use a phallosan and a traction device now and then also. I am supposed to get another Priapus Shot soon in a number of weeks according to Runels. My wife is also to get the Oshot again. That was a great success, but wore off down the road to some extent, but left her able to be tighter which makes me feel bigger to both of us, which is interesting especially after workouts. Blood flow seem important. I think to combine this method with the patent methods for penis enlargement may work wonders, like PGE-1 and Relaxin, DHT, Potoba, and other prostagdalins like PGFA and another one I know of but cant remember the name of off hand, oxytocin is supposed to release it. I have tried oxytocin injections, HGH injections, IGF-1 LR3 and DES [bad idea the DES], Thymosin, HCG, HMG, PT141, Yohimbine, an aromotase inhibitor as well as carborgoline. So far thymosin and oxytocin seem most helpful, but still experimenting. Been at PE for like 3.5 months or so in total so I am just a noob really but went for the Priapus to see if I even believe in the process and theory. Well I have hope it does seem to work just slowly. I think more PRFM would work better as well as perhaps adding clean collegan since it activate PRP better then calcium chloride, which is what activate the growth factors and the fribrin matrix. Seem like PRFM in the suspensory ligament may be a good idea, I recently shared with the doc, he seem to be keen. Anyway I will continue to try non surgical methods like the patent stuff and the priapus shots. I get the feeling combing the best concepts in both these will max results. I think PRP\PRFM and relaxin may work very similar but PRFM may out perform relaxin based on my studies and research. But only time will tell. I have no before shots, I have taken some pictures and I will do so again just before my second set of shots due in several weeks or so. I think I will follow up on HCG and penile enlargement as it seem plauseable due to LH which in the Tongkat Ali experiments showes penis growth, which seems connected somehow, the more leydig cells the better it seems for penis and testicular growth both. I think edging or other means to up regulate DHT receptors is key I understand PGE-1 and meds to fight balding may help upregulate DHT receptors, but not sure balding meds are safe or dont shrink the penis. Any way thats my 2 cents for now.

I am interested in this to Repair nerve damage from Jelqing Ive had for 10 years. Better erections etc gains would be nice as I am just average but really Id just like to be able to perform better and not be nervous Im going to lose my Erection. Can anyone speak to this?
