You probably already know this from your research, but Dr. Carney performs adult circumcision in a way that leaves a little extra skin so you can get bigger/better results from filler afterwards, as well as leaving everything intact so there's no impact on function or sensitivity. I was before loose Circumcised. After he gave me a tight cut - my PMMA did not move around so much anymore. This was a very positive effect and the reason why I did this Circumcision Revision.
