I had a tight Foreskin and got Circumcised around Age 16. I was very happy with my Circumcision. But after a few years my Balls started getting higher and not really Hanging no more. I also noticed my shaft underside now has hair due to scrotumskin stretching there. Now the problem is due to my scrotum skin getting on my shaft. my scrotum is now higher connected to my shaft. This makes my penis not really hang anymore in soft condition. Wich is very uncomfortable and i keep adjusting it. When i bend or sit my penis retracts in my Balls. When its Erect it also doesnt look nice but the webbing is not really there but theres like allot of excess skin just on the shaft. But its more bothersome soft Like the bottom of my shaft is part of my Balls. Also my Dick goes almost instant soft after ejaculation and it becomes smaller then in normal state. I want to hear some experiences from people who did this. Edit: i would like to add that i only got partly Circumcised and i got the Frenulum removed. so when Flaccid my Foreskin covers most of my penis. it really feels lik my Balls engulf my penis when Flaccid. And when i grab the lower shaft part i have allot of scrotum skin in my hand aswell. Wich also makes it not "hang" wich is not comfortable. And it makes me keep adjusting it. Unfortunately, I don't have any personal experience with penoscrotal webbing, but here's a web page we just recently published all about webbed penis and how it's treated. It's completely normal with webbed penis to experience more problems when flaccid than when erect, so I hope this information is helpful for you. I actually had this procedure done yesterday by Dr. Gary Alter in Los Angeles. So far so good, not really painful, but just a bit sore and swelling. He put a a drain in that is not draining much so he will pull it in the morning. I’ll probably fly home tomorrow night or saturday.
