TOPIC: Dr C's 'Scrotal Relaxation' Procedure

I had this done March 30th, and the hang is lower than before most of the time. Yes, when cold or working out, it is tight, but not as tight and hangs about 1/2" lower overall. For us high and tight guys, it's worth it, because the high and tight is uncomfortable all the time.

I'm going in today for my scrotal relaxation procedure with Dr. C. I pray to God that it works. I am so frustrated being "high and tight" - ALL THE TIME. I will report back next week with results.

Hi, just reporting back that the scrotal relaxation procedure did not work at all. No change whatsoever. Good luck! I'm researching a surgery with a Urologist is Houston to have the cremaster muscle totally removed... At this point seems like the only option.

Hey Toolman, so this was a worthwhile procedure in conjunction with the testicular implants?

Somewhat, but it only lasts about 2 months for me. So, given the limitations of time, it's not something I'll do again. I did it twice, thinking that it might last longer the second time, but still two months.

This was the post I was hoping you'd provide wisdom on:
Hey fellas. Just had testicle implants with Elist. I was well aware of all of the issues surrounding the penile implant, and didn't go that route. I was also aware of the two major issues with the testicular implant: firmness and Hanging high. After suffering insecurities for a better part of a decade about my small Balls, I went forward with the surgery and am convalescing here at the hotel.



My question is, for folks like Aero and Toolman who've had the implants, do you have any advice on the healing process? Anything you would have done differently in those four weeks of healing? Of course, I'm also very interested in having those boys go down asap.

I live in New Jersey and found a plastic surgeon named Dr. Mesa in Livingston, NJ who said he is familiar with this procedure so I am going to book a consultation.

I had my consultation with Dr. Mesa today about Botox injections in my scrotum. He was m ore than happy to do it for me, so he injected my scrotum with 25 units of Botox. It should kick in by the weekend. So curious to see if it works.

Keep us up to date. Dr. C's relaxation lasted about 2 months for me. Not sure how much he used, and maybe only shot the dartos muscle... ?

Well, i had him inject 25 units and it did nothing, so I went back a week later for 25 more units and he changed the dilution. My scrotum is not loose all the time, but it's definitely looser than normal. I payed $13 per unit, $325 per visit, $650 total. I'm kinda bummed that it didn't work as well as expected.

UPDATE: It's a week since my second round of injections and I definitely see a difference. I'm still fairly tight sometimes, but not as tight as before. And when I get loose, I get VERY loose. I am really pleased with the results now, altho I would like it better if I was loose more often.

Those things look like they should be Hanging behind a southern guys pickup truck! You don't want any lower or looser than that, they will hang in the toilet water!

Looks like you may have to double dose on the botox to see results. I get the line on my forehead done 3x a year. We have a very professional relationship when I go in- I hope my nurse doesn't freak out when I ask her about this.
