Baseline Starting Point[ 3.5”-4”Flaccid length 3.25”-3.5” Flaccid Girth 6” BPEL ~5.5” NBPEL 4.25 EG, a little narrower at the top and widening to 4.5” at the base 24 Hours after 15ml of Versa/Radiesse blend with the Radiesse at a little more than 15% concentration. This is the result: About 4.25” Flaccid length 4.5” Flaccid Girth 5.0”-5.25” Erect Girth, though honestly I have not managed to attain a raging Erection yet so the max might be a little more than that. There’s obviously some edema to account for, though not nearly as much as I would have thought. And I guess there’s a little saline in the Radiesse that gets reabsorbed. That’s balanced by the HA hydrating and eventually by collagen recruitment stimulated by the Radiesse. The doc thinks that net-net I’ll level out at about 1/8” lower than where I’m at right now. It’s too early to say anything definite but I’m pretty happy. Pash has done a lot of these, literally thousands, and has his own way of doing it with shallower vs deeper placement to get less migration in the early recovery period and sometimes significantly longer retention. Most guys are still holding onto more than half of their gains at 12 months. Sometimes significantly more. He has a lot of return business for refills so has a pretty good idea of the burn rate people are getting. They say 18 mos-2 years but in actual practice it seems like many are getting more like 3 years with some significant residual left over at the end if they don’t refill sooner. We’ll see. I’m happy with the shaping he did in the clinic pretty much out of the box. It doesn’t really need much if any molding. My goal is/was a solid 5.25” Girth. I did get that, or real close to it, for about the bottom 1/3 of the shaft. Depending on how things settle I may go back in about a month and get 3-5 ml more to even things out from bottom to top, although… The one thing I don’t like is that real sharp shouldered drop off at the circ scar that makes that goofy looking neck through that spot below the corona. I know it’s difficult or basically impossible to place filler there. We’ll see how the contours soften as things settle out but how do people end up dealing with that? It’s just my wife and I that will see it but it kind of looks like shit right now. Should I try to mold those shoulders down to softer slopes tonight if/when I wake up with a hard on? The other thing is that because the underside of the dong doesn’t get any filler that skin down there is not stretched when Flaccid. The skin along the top is now of course greatly distended and already Hanging longer. As a result the penis is kind of curling downward a bit when Flaccid. And actually because I always had a very slight twist in the skin on the underside it now kind of wants to corkscrew a little to the left. Pash doesn’t require a sleeve or anything. Hell, he lets you go back to having sex in 7 days. But I’ve kind of cobbled together a very light splint (broken off disposable chopsticks lol) and a snug but not constricting gauze wrap to straighten it out for the next day or so and that’s working fine. You can see in the photo where I’m wearing the camo pants that the effect is much more notable when I’m somewhat retracted, which makes sense. Has anyone ever dealt with this? Seems like it must be relatively common. It’s just basic geometry. The Erect photo is not really fully Erect and in general everything is such a mess right now with bruising, etc that I’m not that concerned with trying to suss out the final aesthetics but that one spot bothers me. Anyway. So far so good. Pretty excited about it.
